Master of Leadership and Management with a Specialization in Family Business
Thunderbird’s Master of Leadership and Management (MLM), in collaboration with the APEC Institute of Business, equips family business leaders and successors with the strategic insight and leadership capacity to sustain and expand their enterprises across generations. This 12-month dual-certificate program provides deep knowledge in accounting, strategy, marketing, leadership, digital transformation, data analytics, and sustainable business. The specialization in Family Business focuses on succession of family spirit and wealth planning, helping participants balance tradition and innovation while managing generational transitions.
